“Oppenheimer” lives up to the hype. Go see it. It’s an important story to know, and the direction, acting, and producing are top notch. It’s especially nice to know that even in these days of nonstop superhero movies, we can still get the occasional epic historical nonfiction film.
Someone I spoke with this weekend suggested I consider becoming a librarian again. I considered the idea carefully this morning; worth doing because I’m very close to five years in my current job. The short answer is, I don’t think I’m going to choose to be a librarian again. I could do it. But it boils down to the dichotomy of being a writer or being a administrator. I want to be a writer.
