I count Pontiacs for fun. Yes, I’m a really cool guy. Why? Because I’m interested in things when they start to disappear from the world. Pontiac was discontinued as a brand after 2009, so it’s been a minute since they were made, and I do see fewer of them on the roads, but they aren’t gone. For the past few weeks, I’ve counted between 3 and 7 Pontiacs each week. This week, I’ve counted 17, by far the highest number, and I still have a few days to go.
What great insights about the universe will I glean from this exercise? I can’t think of any.
