Played “Boss Monster” over the weekend for the first time (thanks to Thai for letting us borrow it), and it was mildly entertaining. I suppose I’m not as fascinated by card games as much as many. All the way back in college, I had friends who played “Magic: The Gathering”, and I couldn’t get into that either. Part of it for me is that a lot of people only really play according to the points and the number changing and exchanging — but that’s not why we’re supposed to get into the game exactly; it’s supposed to be about getting into the storyline of the cards.
Maybe I’m playing with the wrong people.
