Eating Vietnamese for lunch today, I need help to find a dish I like. I’ve often struggled with Vietnamese food in the past because the most popular dishes involve wet noodles, of which I am not a fan. There’s got to be something. I’m going to do an internet search to see what I find.

Tonight has been a good night — I got a new (old) wristwatch, and took a drive with the convertible top down with my wife. Tomorrow, I travel for work again. It may not be tons of fun, but it will get me out of the house.

This month is going to busy and full, which is good and bad. Next week I’ll be traveling for work on a day and some, and this cycle will repeat for a while.
